Están diseñados por edades y se ofrecen en inglés y español. Recomendamos a los padres de familia que primero vean los videos y es decisión personal si aceptan compartirlos con sus hijos. Favor de regresar el formulario de aviso en donde nos hacen saber cuál fue su decisión. En la parte de arriba es para ACEPTAR y la de abajo es para OPTAR POR NO. La forma debe ser regresada a no mas tardar octubre 31.

We recommend that parents watch the videos first and if they agree to share them with their children it is a personal decision. Please return the prevention form where you let us know what your decision was. At the top is to ACCEPT and the bottom is to OPT OUT. The form MUST be returned by October 31st.
